Hello,

I wanna buy an item, I cannot select my address since it gives an error that the buyer doesn't send their item to here even though while contacting the seller, they say that they have not set any restrictions on the destinations. How should I handle this?

What is the item number? Is the seller using the ebay International Shipping program? If so, France may have restrictions about importing that item into the country.

I checked both France and UK, it's impossible to receive them. I see just the US in the possible destinations even though no restriction is set on them.
