shipment label canceled on time but no refund yet
I made an attempt to sell my goods on ebay
I advertised bedframe and mattress when I was in England. A buyer was interested to purchase it. So, I accepted the offer and purchased a shipment label which got printed with a wrong dispatch address of mine and hence, I had to cancel and request for a refund. But until now there is no response regarding this. I relayed this information to the buyer. They stated that they were interested to buy because the advertisement showed the item location as their town or nearest to their town. So, they were no longer interested and canceled the order. I still didn't receive the postage label money purchased through ebay which I canceled on time even before the buyer canceled the order. When can I expect my refund or at least a response from ebay regarding this? please someone let me know. I am very much disturbed with this and annoyed because it was not my mistake. There was some tech error from ebay's side which has caused this. i couldn't get hold of any agent through chat and I got frustrated with this and gone out of control. sorry for any inconvenience and my words. i take them back. But ebay, can you respond? if you see this? Thank you
