Shipment Issues with [Removed by moderator]
This company has very poor customer service. I ordered 2 packages of 3 bottles each of the product EMMA. I paid their asking price of over $38 (PLUS TAX AND SHIPPING) total for both packages. I only received 1 bottle. I should have recieved 6 bottles in 2 packages. I contacted them. And after much urging, they did refund me for one package... $19.68. However, their promise of sending the other package of 2 bottes and the promise that I would receive the order in 3 to 4 days, has NOT BEEN FULFILLED. It is now 13 days and NO replacement shipment! No communication from "[Removed by moderator]". I am writing (as I promised them that I would) to warn any buyers that the company called "[Removed by moderator]" may well be a scamming company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
