shipment intercepted
hello, i am referencing order number 27-14117-23574 in reference to this message. The buyer informed me that there was a problem with the shipment through the tracking number provided. It says that the item was intercepted at my request. I did not make any request to get the item haulted or redirected in any way. I am wondering if this is a common issue or do i have to go to usps directly to get this issue resolved?
