What happens if I refuse a shipment?

Postage due is the one reason you can refuse a delivery and still be covered by the money back guarantee.
Ask your PO to scan it refused for postage due. Then you open a not received claim - No more than 30 days after the last expected delivery date, go to your purchase history - select 'I haven't received it' and follow the prompts.
Then ask customer service to close the claim in your favor for postage due.
You can message your seller and tell him the item is postage due. Ask him to send you the postage due amount, not as a refund against your purchase but to your PayPal account, or Venmo or zelle, whichever works for you both. Gently explain that he can call your PO and find out why there is postage due if he thinks this is not correct. Also explain that if he won’t pay the amount due, you will refuse the delivery and he will then have to pay his po the amount due to get it delivered to him.
