Shipment delivered but status wonâ€™t change

Question

I have several orders shipped and verified delivered by the buyers, but the tracking was messed up and they canâ€™t find a way to mark as delivered to release the payment

buyers have emailed and called eBay and left messages

Does anyone know of a work around so I can convey it to my buyers

Some of your collector cards are shipped with ESE which is not door to door tracking. Buyers contacting eBay will not change the holds they put on payments for New or low activity sellers, read about that here: Payments on hold | eBay

Payment holds have little to do with delivery status and the only way to get them lifted is to sell more items.

When you say " ... the tracking was messed up ..." tell us exactly what you mean by that? For items sent other than the ESE did you print your labels through eBay? If so tracking is automatically uploaded t the sold file. You also get a discount printing through eBay PLUS they recently launched a new Seller protection when you print your labels through eBay:

eBay launched a new Seller Protection for sellers who print their labels through eBay. If a Seller loses a Buyerâ€™s claim that they did not receive their item and refunded the Buyer then eBay will reimburse the Seller IF the package is delivered later and tracking confirms the delivery.

Your money will be released about 30 days after expected delivery even without tracking.

Are you items 'Marked As Shipped' (since you didn't use tracking?)

Ask the buyer to leave feedback. There is nothing else they can do to confirm delivery. eBay relies on tracking.
