Shipment arrived highly damaged
I'm the seller and sold a picture that arrived damaged beyond repair. She contacted me to resolve it right away. I did the shipping with Ebay. With all the Ebay changes lately, I'm not sure if I am supposed to do something (file a claim) with UPS or is she supposed to do something to resolve it.
Can anyone tell me what action I should take?
