ShipCover - confusing and misleading claim filing timeline

Hi eBay community, I need help understanding the ShipCover claim timeline -

I sold a laptop last month with ShipCover insurance, and USPS lost the package. According to the claim instructions, I should be able to file starting May 4. However, itâ€™s now 3 PM EST on May 4, and the claim submission button is still grayed out on the eBay shipping label page.

Does anyone know the exact cut-off time for ShipCover claims on the eligible date? The current language is unclear and misleading. Iâ€™ve attached a screenshot for reference.

Update:

I was able to submit the lost package claim sometime in the evening of May 4 (EST).

However, the confirmation page included confusing language:

â€œPIP will contact you about the claim. If you donâ€™t hear from PIP within May 1, 2025, you can contact them at https://www.pipinsure.com/shipcovercontacts/â€

Itâ€™s already May 4, so that date doesnâ€™t make sense. Just flagging this in case others run into the same inconsistency.
