Ship cover is automatically added to an item i need to ship. Label won't print with it on and I can't find a way to take it off.

Mentor3 weeks agoIf you are referring to the vacuum cleaner there is no way that the item will ship for the shipping charge shown. There will be additional surcharges for long packages and since the package would be over one cubic foot then the shipping charge will be based on DIM (Dimensional) weight and not the actual weight of the package.
