Ship two separate items together and refund shipping on one item?
A buyer just purchased two separate t-shirts from me. He would like them to be sent together and avoid paying the shipping on the second item. Is there a way to reimburse his shipping costs on one of the purchases? Thanks!

Mentor2 years agoYes, but just because you are shipping the items together doesn't mean that the shipping cost for two will be the same as shipping one. The cost is based on the combined weight. There should be some savings however that you can pass along to the buyer. To refund his over-payment, you'll find the Send refund link in the dropdown next to the order transaction.
If you create your shipping label on eBay, purchase it against one transaction for the combined weight, then copy the tracking number and paste it to the transaction for the second item.
