Ship to label was not correct for buyer?

Question

When my buyer paid for item I clicked on purchase a ship label and mailed it. The buyer filed a claim it was not received! When I sent buyer tracking info he said he sees where it was delivered but was not his address. Once the buyers pay there is no way to change shipping address (I didnâ€™t know it was wrong an). I have tried to contact(Phone # on payment page) person who received it but he has not return my call .

I have name and address but do not see his eBay ID to communicate thru eBay. Any way to find ID or account?

@bg333115 What you want to do is IMMEDIATELY upload the tracking number to the Item not received claim in eBay that shows the package was delivered. That way you are covered on the claim, period, it will be closed in your favor. It is NOT the Seller's responsibility to make sure the Buyer's address is correct. Sellers ONLY ship to the address on file at the time of the purchase, otherwise they lose their Seller protections. Once you load the tracking to the claim it is no longer your problem to resolve ...
