ship to different address
My buyer has paid for an item. He has then sent an email asking for the item to be sent to another address. Is this allowed since it is in writing in ebay email.

Mentor2 years ago@ladybhj No this is not allowed. You are required by eBay to ship to the address the buyer provided on the checkout page or you lose your seller protection for tracking proof of delivery. The message is not proof of change of address.
Advise the buyer of the policy.
The only way to change the address is to cancel the sale as problem with buyers address. Cancel is in the drop down menu next to the sold item. Refund the buyer. Then they pay again and put in the correct address at checkout.
