Ship to address problem
Seller is claiming he cannot use my shipping address because "ebay" says there is a problem with the address. I have used this address for years and have had no issue with it. I checked in my "address" page and nothing has changed there. Do I have a problem with my shipping address or not?

Go to https://www.usps.com and look for the link to standardize your address. Then copy/paste that into this link:
https://accountsettings.ebay.com/uas/addresses
There are FIVE addresses to edit/update.
Your seller might be Out of stock, but if s/he cancels for that reason, s/he will receive a defect on his/her account. However, if the seller cancels for Problem with buyer's address, there is no defect recorded. If that is what is happening, you can report the seller.

1. Select The seller has violated one of eBay s policies and click Continue.
2. On the next page, enter the seller's ID and select Other.
3. In the comment section, write "Seller cancelled order stating that THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ADDRESS in order to avoid a defect.
Too many defects, and sellers can be restricted or suspended.
