Ship to a different location

Customer wants me to ship to a different address than hers. It’s to her nephew, but her address is on the purchase. How can I change this address?

YOU can only send your item to an address that eBay gives you.

The buyer may be able to go into her own account details and add a secondary delivery address to her account. That secondary account could be her nephew's home -- or her office or her vacation home or anywhere else she wants.

Then she will have to update her purchase of your item with that secondary address.

THEN you will be able to send the item to her nephew and everybody should be happy !!

You cannot change the address that came when the item was paid for. You must send to this address to have any seller protection. So you would need to cancel the purchase and relist so the buyer could rebuy the item and provide the correct address. Let the buyer know what you are doing so they do not get confused.

You are required to ship to the address on the order to maintain your seller protection.

You can cancel the transaction using the reason that there is a problem with the buyer's address, relist the item, and the buyer can repurchase it with the correct ship-to address. Remind the buyer to make this change during checkout before completing the new payment.
