    How much time should I give a seller to ship after completing purchase?

    Hi @haam2011 

     

    You only have to give them one day past the original estimated delivery date before filing a claim that you did not receive your item.  You can file that claim via the item in your purchase history.

    Thanks for the reply. It's a UK item. A CD. And now that I've paid for it 3 days ago I see no eta of any kind...

    All sellers have a handling time with most being three days or less.  If the handling time is more than three days the listing will state an extended handling time.  Keep in mind that this time does not include weekends or holidays.

     

    Also, some sellers do not ship through the eBay shipping center so no tracking information may be available.
