Ship the wrong barcode wrong item didn’t scan the barcode, but left the product at the post office
I printed a QR code for the first time for a package that needed to be shipped out. I printed out two QR codes and scan the wrong QR code for each purchase. One item was delivered. One item still says that it hasn’t been shipped yet customers complaining about canceling the order what do I do
