Ship From Address is shown incorrectly on the shipping label recently
Hi, I’m a seller on eBay for the past 20 years. Recently about a month ago, I noticed my ship from address appeared to be incorrect on the shipping label. My ship from address is correct in my account setting and I recently updated it anyway. But it didn’t solve the problem. I chatted with an eBay agent, and he told me my shipping address, ship from address and return address have to be the same as my registered address. He didn’t know what he was talking about obviously. That led me to seek help in this public forum and hoping someone can help me. Do you all have the same problem? What steps did you take to solve the issue? Thanks in advance! Have a wonderful day!
P.S. Enclosed two pics. One is my correct ship from address in my account setting. The other one is how it is appeared on the label (incorrect ship from address).

Mentor3 years agoIf the Return Address on your account is correct, the next time you ship a package, check on the label creation page to be sure the Return to address is correct. If not, use the adjacent Edit link to select the correct one. Going forward, the selected address should stick.
