Ship Cover insurance

I am trying to purchase insurance and the only option is Ship Cover. What has changed from being able to have the option of USPS insurance?

@brianc805 Keep in mind that eBay labels come with $100 insurance expect for Media Mail.

Honestly, I'd just use shipcover, they are not going to make a buyer take the item to the post office before paying a damage claim and it costs less.

If you want to use USPS then you should see the option when buying USPS labels.

Make sure you are using the Advanced Shipping tool, look on the upper right of the shipping tool.

Then once you're using the advanced tool you should see the insurance options.

Keep in mind that eBay labels come with $100 insurance expect for Media Mail.

I just double checked on my shipping labels page and if the item is under $100 then only shipcover can be added which is a waste of money since it's already insured by USPS for up to $100

If the item was over $100 then when I click on the drop down menu where it says add insurance it gives me the option of Shipcover or USPS.
