Ship before getting paid?
Needed help from eBay, but it’s impossible to get any help here so I’m gonna head my question to the form.
I think that the payment has been put on hold until May 11 eBay asked me to ship it immediately. I am not able to ship it before I get paid. That’s the nature of my business how to handle things like that.

If the buyer has paid, eBay has the money. A seller has to ship once the buyer has paid.
You won't get the money on May 11, unless it is already shipped.
This is how eBay works.
As you get established on eBay, your payouts will not be held as long. I usually get paid in 1-2 days. But I ship right away, within my handling time.
