Ship another item after a refund
I shipped the wrong item to the buyer. I told him to just keep the item and I will ship him the correct one. Because the refund process already started I can not figure it how to print a new label to ship to him and not a refund label. I just want to pay for shipping to ship the item to him.

Mentor4 months agoYou can ask the buyer to close/cancel the return request. If you use ebay shipping to Print Another Label, ebay will record a late shipping defect, so I recommend using pirateship.com to print the shipping label you will use to send the buyer the correct item.
