Shioped item running late.
I shipped an item on the 13th. On the 18th it showed still arriving but runnkng late. It doesn't show where it is. And hasnt moved since then. Has anyone had anything like this happen before? How do I fix this?

Mentor8 months agoHi. This can happen. Keep in mind there are a lot of bad weather situations right now in the USA causing shipping delays. What I have found helpful is go to the USPS website and ask for shipping updates. This will often "wake up" the USPS shipping system. This is how to do this:
Go to https://www.usps.com
Click Tracking (top navigation)
Enter your tracking number (usually 22–34 characters)
Click Track
You’ll immediately see the current status, scan history, and expected delivery date.
After you track the package, look for Text & Email Updates
Choose how you want updates:
Email
Text message
Both
Select the alerts you want (arrival, out for delivery, delivered, exceptions)
Enter your contact info and confirm
You’ll now receive updates automatically as the package moves.
I find after entering this information on the USPS site I will often get an update with the package moving after 48 hours. Keep in mind there is big snowstorm hitting much of the USA in the next few days and this will likely slow down updates.
