I have been trying to report a seller for obvious shilling. I have been chatting with EBay live agents . I have been cut off by 2 agents today before my chat is completed. Very disconcerting by EBay. Meanwhile the seller is operating several dishonest auctions and nothing is being done. Very disappointed in Ebay
