She lied
I refunded the money to this buyer after they said they didn't receive their package, twice. I show that the first package had been delivered they said that they did not receive it so I sent out a second package at my cost. She still said that she did not receive the second package I refunded her money. She is saying that I stole her money and gave me bad feedback
