Shattered window on microwave
Hello.I ordered a microwave n when i took it out the box the outside window was shattered in pieces and i dont know if it was damaged n boxed from the seller or the fedex delivery man damaged it.

Sorry that happened! It doesn't matter when it was damaged, you didn't order a microwave with broken glass.
Here's what to do...
If you receive an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.

As I wrote in my previous post, if the seller does not provide a return shipping label (or a full refund) within 3 (business) days after opening your case, go back to the case on the 4th (business) day and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
