Shady Vendor?
I recently messaged a seller about two paintings he or she has here suggested to me by eBay. After no response to two messages but again receiving prompts from eBay to buy products from the vendor, I bought an expensive item. Twelve days later, not item and no answer to any of my messages. Worse, eBay has received inquiries from me and also no answer. Is this a thing here?
