SHADY DEAL
So, a vendor on here sold me a Windows 11 desktop computer and failed to tell me that the computer they installed Windows 11 on is not compatible with Windows 11. The specs are not what Microsoft says they should be to run it. If I hadn't researched the model they sold me and verified the specs I never would have known. According to my research, installing Windows 11 on a non-compatible machine can void the warranty, make the computer unstable and could cancel future updates.. The vendor never mentions ANYWHERE what they actually are selling. I'm sure their buyers are unaware the refurbished computers they're buying are for Windows 10 machines. Now I have to send the computer back and I had to order a second, unplanned computer and put it on my card. I already wiped my old computer in preparation for the new one. Now my card is full of extra hundreds of dollars in charges until I get refunded and I'm without a computer until the new one arrives and I set it up. Where do I report this so others aren't scammed like I was? Should I report it?! I don't mean to be obstinate or cause trouble, but the more I think about it, the angrier I get.
