S&H twice what seller promised
I haven't paid yet because the seller hasn't updated what he's supposed to charge for S&H, I've emailed him for the past week with no response or billing change from him. Do I have to wait until he overcharges me before I ask for a refund? when I tried using your contact seller link, I just Met Nanny - not helpful.
