S&H failed QR codes
I am trying to get my shipping funds returned but they say they have been used already and i have several i need refunds for. Thank you

OP5 months agoI just take my phone with the given E-bay QR code to UPS or Fedex and sometimes after they scan it it does not generate a shipping label and will not create a shipping label and they dont know why but its a real problem around my shipping centers.

Are you saying you created postage using QR codes? If so as long as the QR code was not scanned by the carrier, you have 28 days to cancel them.
