Mentor2 years agoNo. You and I were new once too. Where would we be if we weren't allowed to buy because of it?
What problem did you have with a new buyer? If they didn't pay, there is already a tool for that.

Mentor2 years agoeBay is not going to give sellers tools to drive away new business. That would be the death of any company.
