Setting up Store Categories - Error Page
Hello,
I recently set up an Ebay store, and upon trying to set up store categories, I have been redirected to an error page for multiple days. Has anyone experienced this or have a solution?

I am sorry that is happening. It seems to be a current tech issue. I've seen several reports.

On this page, scroll to the bottom and click the ?
Select Report a technical problem
Type in the box that you get an error on this page https://www.ebay.com/sh/str/category
Select "Selling"
Click Sent
And consider adding your name to this thread

OP11 months agoWhen using that link or going through the Seller Hub > Store > Store Categories, I get an error page:
https://www.ebay.com/n/error?statuscode=500
"It's not you. It's us. Our server is down, but we’ll have things back to normal soon."
This has been the redirect since I set up the store.
