How do I set up shipping rules for items purchased in quantity when using calculated shipping?

Shipping Rules-- You can have:
- Flat rules: For example add $1.00 for each additional item
- Calculated rules: For example - add up all the weights (If you have large items, the SIZE will not adjust for oversize, so I don't recommend calculated rules except for small items)

Here is how to set up your combined shipping rules:
First, change your global settings here: https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf to allow combined payments and shipping
1) Combined payments "edit"
- Allow buyers to send one combined payment for all items purchased
- Time period to combine payments <your choice> days
Allow combined payments and shipping
THEN set up the Shipping Rules:
2a) Calculated shipping rule "edit"
Select rules for combining weights for purchases with calculated shipping
- Combine all weights
- any adjustment to the weights
(You can have several of these rules.)
Next, you need to ADD the combined shipping rule to each listing you want it to apply to. (in your listing, your business policy, or by bulk edit)
