setting up return policy for my store
I'm confused have it set up at this time for 30 days return but understand I can also add buyer pays shipping back and can I add the following and if so where do I add this? also should I have allow domestic returns turn on?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. A refund will be issued after the item is returned and received by the seller. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated by eBay.
To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was originally sold:
New / Never Used / Unopened Items: Must be returned unopened, unused, and in the original box or sealed packaging.
Open Box or Used Items: All original parts, accessories, manuals, and the original box (if applicable) must be returned in the same condition as purchased.
All items are fully documented and photographed by the seller prior to shipment to verify condition.
Items with serial numbers are recorded, and all serial numbers will be verified upon return to ensure the correct item is received.

The rest of the information you can put into your description if you wish. It's not necessary, because eBay sets the return policies, and their policy matches roughly what you are saying.
