Setting up international shipping in a listing

I am trying to list an item for sale internationally. I am located in Mexico. As the system walked me through the listing process, I selected Standard Shipping From Outside the US for domestic shipping and Economy International Shipping for the international shipping. But when I hit the button to list my item, I get an error message saying that I need to do something with both domestic shipping and international shipping -- but I don't know what else I can do. It seems to want me to fill in amounts for the shipping, but the cost of shipping would depend upon the buyer's location, which I can't know. Any help would be appreciated.
