setting up free returns

Question

I am trying to change my account info to accept free returns but everytime I try it does not work ..can someone please help me?

If you are NOT using business policies then you can use Bulk Edit to update your listings.

How to use bulk edit:

1. Go to this active listings page : https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active
2. Put a checkmark next to all items.
3. Select edit from the top of the list
4. Select all items again
5. Select edit fields on the upper left> return policy> edit and submit

If you ARE using Business Policies then you go to this page>

https://www.ebay.com/bp/manage

Update the existing return policy if you just want the one policy and all listings. OR you can create a second return policy and apply it to the listings you wish.
