setting shipping such that local customers have the option to pick it up locally for free
I have been setting up free local pick up as an option for my local customers. Today I bought a basic store on ebay and I do not see free local pickup as an option anymore. unless it is the ONLY option. But if I allow customers to pay, I cannot allow them to pick up for free.

OP2 years agoWhere is asked if you want a fixed rate or each customer to pay based on location, I can check a third choice, local pick up ONLY. That is what I mean. I can't pick fixed rate and local pickup for example.

OK, try scrolling down - add local pick should be below the international shipping section. If not, click see shipping options at the upper right of the shipping section and slide the radio button next to local pickup. Then it should appear below international.

Having a store subscription does not change your shipping options. You should still be able to add local pickup.
Are you using a different listing form now? The option could be in a different place on the new form from what you are used to. If you are now using the new form, the local pickup option is further down the page,, below international shipping.
I'm not sure what you mean by not allowing them to pay - you can not stop a buyer from using an electronic payment method through eBay when using local pickup. eBay provides a code for the buyer to give you to enter through the app to mark the item delivered.
