This is the only option I’m getting for shipping. How do I set a flat ‘if it fits, it ships’ rate?

Mentor1 week ago@walnutledgefarm Since you are a new seller eBay is requiring you to use Ship with eBay so you don't have any flat rate shipping options. Most of the time the flat rate shipping costs more than calculated shipping unless the item is small and heavy.
Just select the buyer pays shipping option and not the free shipping option.
You need to use the eBay label otherwise you will not be paid for the shipping cost nor will you be able to add a tracking number for an offsite label.
Tracking on the sold item is very important for your proof of delivery.
