Setting shipped from address .
Ok I am new to selling, I want to use cj dropshipping supplier but how do I set the shipping from address if they don't have a specific postal code or address?

OP5 days agoOk. My main question was. How do I set the item locations and city if cj dropshipping is a global supplier but they do have various warehouses in the United States?

Mentor5 days agoIf you are new to selling, drop shipping is not the thing start out with. You assume all responsibility for anything that goes wrong.
Your listings must have an Item Location on them. If you try to just put something generic in there you will have a problem and many buyers will not buy from you. You also need your profile and shipping labels to reflect a return address.
Go to your address page and update as needed.

Note that when you create your first label after your address update you may still need to edit the Return Address on the create label page. The option is on the right side of the create label page. Click on EDIT below your "Ship from / Return to" address. Once changed it sticks till you change it again.
Also note: Item Location on the listing must be changed on the listing itself.
