Setting reserve price
I’m new to this reserve price; I change my mind a few times on the set reserve price and i didn’t realize I’m getting charged everytime I change the price? Please help

Yes, you are charged for using the Reserve Price optional listing upgrade each time you list/relist the item.
It states so in the Ebay selling fees page: https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/fees-credits-invoices/selling-fees?id=4822#section5
Instead of using a Reserve Price, (and being charged for it) just set your minimum bid price at the least amount you would be willing to accept to sell the item.
