You are seeing items listed with $ prices, because you are currently on ebay's U.S. based site (ebay.com)
You would have to go to your home site www.ebay.co.uk to list items and see the prices in £s. If you use a computer to list your items, keep the listings you've created open, then in a different tab have the U.K. site open and copy the info from the U.S. site ad paste it to the U.K. listing you have to create.
