Set Up Bulk Savings

Question

We want to sell coins using the Bulk Savings feature shown in the image above. We did a Chat with eBay Support today. They told us that we had to have an eBay Store. We subscribed to a Starter Store. We still cannot find the way to set up the Bulk savings.

Can anyone help?

The bulk savings in your example is for when you have more than 1 of the same item in a listing - if you enter a quantity greater than 1, you will see the option to add the volume discount.
