Set ebay discounted shipping rates for only one listing without changing other listings

Question

I normally have less that 30 active listings and don't have a store. I don't use eBay discounted shipping rates although I do purchase my labels from eBay. Occasionally I have a larger item and would like to use eBay discounted shipping rates to reduce the shipping cost for the buyer. How do I set eBay discounted shipping rates for this one listing without changing all of my listings?

When calculated shipping is used all those listing either show the retail rate or discount rate. The best you can do is to get close to the calculated discount rates for that one listing is to set a up a Rate Table in your Shipping Preferences and assign that table to that listing.
