Service Metrics Rating High on Item not as described
I just received a notice that my returns based on the item not being as described is high. All of my returns are mainly from very picky people who just didn't like the unit. I mainly deal in used handheld gaming units. They didn't notice this or that from the listing, and I am being nice by accepting the return. I never realized that eBay keeps track of all of this and can restrict my account over it.
Is there something I should be doing differently? I already give a very detailed explanation of all damages to the units in the seller's notes. Is this eBay trying to get me to set up that certain rating where I offer free returns for 30 days? I get notices for me to do that about once a month.
How concerned should I be, and is there a way to explain this to eBay that I am a good seller and this market is just full of very picky collectors.
