Service Metrics
If a buyer requests a return for Item Not Described, and I send him a refund instead of having the item returned, does that count against my service metrics?

Mentor8 months agoIn general no it would not count against you. It would only be a problem if you did not cooperate with the buyer and eBay had to step in and force a refund from you.
