Seriously? This is no way to do business!
I bid on an item, almost $20,000, and it just vanished, no email, no message from the seller or eBay. I tried to question what happened and the item number was listed as invalid. When used my eBay app and clicked on seller name, it said I had no internet connection? Naturally, I verified my connection several times and still nothing. This is no way to handle customers with thousands of dollars allocated to an item. Please tell me this is an isolated glitch I’ve experienced and not the way this company does business.

OP2 years agoThanks but wouldn’t that warrant some communication from eBay? An email or message? It’s like the company was trying the hide the fact this item or seller ever existed. If I had any information at all it might help inform me regarding similar items.

Mentor2 years agoeBay will never tell you why they removed a listing or a seller. This is considered as personal information between eBay and the seller only.
