Seresto flea collar
I bought this flea collar but it didn't work. Started a return and contacted the seller. They wouldn't answer me. I asked ebay to step in. Once I did that the seller answered me and said they were trying to refund me but I had to close the case first. Dumb me did that and now the seller won't answer me and I can't reopen my case. What do I do?

Mentor3 years agoOnce you close an eBay case it cannot be reopened.
You may still have recourse through your payment method. PayPal and most credit cards offer up to six months of protection from the date of the transaction.
