Sent Wrong Pair of Shoes to Authenticator
I just sold a pair of sneakers and accidently sent the wrong pair of shoes to the authenticator. To make matters more complex I also relocated. What can I do to resolve this issue?
ebay will not allow me to contact the buyer directly NOR do I know how to contact the authenticator. I have been an ebay member for over 23 years and have 100% positive feedback. I tried calling ebay support but it simply directs me to the site.
