Sent wrong item to customer.
I have sent the wrong item to a customer I have the item he ordered in my possession. I sent him the a very similar item, but the wrong one first how do I send him the right item and then get back the other item that I sent him?

Buyer files return request > reason wrong item sent > you approve the return shipping label > buyer sends item back> you issue a refund.
Then list the correct item so they can buy it

OP2 years agoHOW DOES BUYER FIND THE RETURN PRINTABLE LABLE TO SEND BACK THE MISTAKEN ITEM THAT I SENT HIM?
