Sent wrong item to buyer
I sold two die cast cars to two different ppl and sent them both the wrong car. I’ve been contacted by one of the buyers wanting the one he purchased and asking how much to buy the one he received. The other buyer doesn’t know he’s getting the wrong car and he’s an international location

If they were both Domestic sales that would be easier to deal with. You will need to advise the International Buyer that you switched labels and that they will not be receiving the car they purchased. You will have to tell the US customer that there is a good chance you will not be able to get the other car back from out of the US.
I think the path of least resistance is to offer to refund both Buyers in full letting them keep the car that you shipped them.
