Sent wrong item to a buyer
I sent two buyers the wrong items, I switched the packing labels. The buyer who received a $10 belt but paid for a $200 shawl complained. I contacted the other buyer and explained what happened, got both buyers’ emails, and sent them new shipping labels, to send the items to each other. Only one buyer followed through, and now the other buyer has both items, the belt and the shawl. She has not responded to my messages, and actively sells items on eBay.
