Sent wrong item. Just need to send correct item. No refund necessary but how does one return an item
I got my shipping labels mixed up and sent the wrong items to two people. I issued a return label but the amount they paid was correct. How do I get a return without having to refund them. They have returned the items to me, but it looks like if I don’t issue a refund, eBay will take the money from my account. HELP!
